US Vice President Kamala Harris has taken a three-point lead over Donald Trump in a New York Times poll following the ABC News presidential debate. Harris's strong performance is credited to Karen L. Dunn, a seasoned debate coach who has trained Democratic candidates since 2008, including Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.
