Kalrock-Jalan resolution: PNB seeks stay on plan over irregularities in conduct of RP

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has agreed to hear the plea and has issued a notice on PNB#39;s plea citing irregularities. The hearing is scheduled for September 21.
