Blackstone commits up to $2.8 billion to acquire controlling stake in Mphasis PE Fund Blackstone to invest up to $2.8 billion to pick up 26 percent more through rights issues. Blackstone on April 26 said that the private equity funds managed by it have entered into definitive agreements to acquire a majority stake in Mphasis Ltd.
