NTPC declares Dulanga coal mine commercially operational The central government has allocated nine coal blocks — Pakri-Barwadih, Chatti-Bariatu Chatti- Bariatu (South), Kerandari, Dulanga, Talaipalli, Banai, Bhalumuda, Mandakini-B and Badam — directly to NTPC.
