ICICI Lombard gets IRDAI#39;s #39;in-principle approval#39; to acquire Bharti AXA General Insurance BSE Limited, NSE of India Limited and the Competition Commission of India have already approved the proposed acquisition of General Insurance business of Bharti AXA General Insurance by ICICI Lombard General Insurance.
