Thomas Cook India to acquire rights of Thomas Cook brand for India, Sri Lanka, Mauritius

Thomas Cook (India) Ltd (TCIL) has signed an agreement with AlixPartners, Thomas Cook UK#39;s appointed Special Managers for the complete ownership of the brand name across these markets, for a one-time payment of Rs 13.9 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing.
