Ensure strict implementation on ban of import of e-cigarettes: revenue dept asks customs officials In a recent circular to senior officials of the customs department, the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has asked them to ensure "strict implementation" of the notifications of the commerce ministry.
