Is the END in sight for e-cigarettes?

Is the END in sight for e-cigarettes? The ordinance called as the รข€œProhibition of E-cigarettes Ordinance 2019" is being vetted by a Group of Ministers (GoM) comprising of the finance minister as well as health, commerce, agriculture, chemicals and petrochemicals and the food processing ministries.
