Embassy Buildcon pledges WeWork shares to ICICI Bank, will raise Rs 200 crore

Embassy Buildcon is pledging shares in WeWork India, representing 26 percent of paid-up share capital, in favour of lender ICICI Bank.The We Co., the American firm which operates co-working office spaces under the WeWork brand, posted robust revenue growth in India.
