A turn for the worse in Karnataka may reduce Congress-JD(S) strength in Rajya Sabha More than a dozen MLAs from the Congress party have tendered their resignations over the weekend.As such, the tally of the ruling coalition could come down drastically and thus threaten the future of the government.
