Health NGO network calls for withdrawal of cases against Lawyers Collective

The CBI earlier this month filed cases against Lawyers Collective and its office bearers including senior lawyers Anand Grover and Indira Jaising for alleged violation of rules in receiving foreign aid and discrepancies in the utilisation, on basis of a complaint from the Ministry of Home Affairs.
