Moody#39;s downgrades Bharti Airtel credit rating to Ba1

"Moody#39;s Investors Service ("Moody#39;s") has downgraded to Ba1 from Baa3 the senior unsecured rating for Bharti Airtel Ltd. (Bharti) as well as the backed senior unsecured notes issued by Bharti#39;s wholly-owned subsidiary, Bharti Airtel Int#39;l (Netherlands) B.V.," the agency said in statement.
