Basant, Prashant Jhawar to back Usha Martin sale to Tata Steel "In order to facilitate this, we have instructed our lawyers to support the resolution for the sale of the steel division of Usha Martin to the Tata Sponge Iron Ltd (TSIL), at the forthcoming shareholders meeting," Prashant Jhawar said in a statement.
